作为依托MedVision模拟医学技术平台建立的专业化医学教育体系，普叶顿学院（POYTON INSTITUTE）将面向全国，持续推动中国模拟医学教育体系化、标准化与国产化发展，构建真正以“临床能力培养”为核心的新一代医学教育平台。
当前医学教育正在从“知识教学”逐步迈向“能力培养”。

Building a New Clinical Competency Training System in China
[ POYTON INSTITUTE ] .
On April 12, 2026, POYTON INSTITUTE was officially established.
As a professional medical education system built upon the MedVision simulation medicine technology platform, POYTON INSTITUTE is committed to promoting the systematization, standardization,and localization of simulation-based medical education in China, while building a new-generation medical education platform centered on clinical competency development.
Medical education is evolving from traditional knowledge-based teaching toward competency-based training.
How can young physicians improve clinical thinking?
How can standardized simulation-based teaching systems be established?
How can specialty training, faculty development, and educational assessment be integrated collaboratively?
These are the very reasons behind the establishment of POYTON INSTITUTE.
Focusing on key disciplines including gynecology, urology, anesthesia，general surgery, emergency nursing, and minimally invasive surgery, the Institute is gradually building a comprehensive educational platform integrating:
